I am happy to announce that the videos I have recorded for this first edition of the Plenitude project are now available..
Plenitude arises from the need that my patients sent me to have support to take home with the self-regulation exercises that we often use during therapy..
Exercises that during the co-regulation process we explore to calm the body and reduce hyperarousal and anxiety or to improve mind-body communication and reduce dissociation, as well as to activate the nervous system and release stagnant energy in the body.
These exercises seek to support the therapeutic process since they can generate changes in the nervous system, allowing it to tone and strengthen., activating resilience and allowing social involvement that allows us to access relational resources that give us internal security.
A regulated nervous system translates into a greater ability to face the challenges that life poses to us and also helps to undo the consequences that traumatic experiences leave in us..
The program contains:
– 1 explanatory video of the nervous system.
– 10 videos with self-regulation exercises, both to calm hyperarousal and to get out of hypoarousal.
– 1 audio with a relaxation exercise.
