Strategies to handle Emotional Flashbacks

Have you ever felt a headache that didn't go away with anything?? You get up in the morning and it's still there, like background noise, day after day despite taking medications.

Many of these pains are claim of your body to stop and observe you.

In consultation I often observe how this pain is attenuated when the person is able to express and clarify all that tangle of thoughts related to the present and the feared future and especially when they are able to connect with emotion that all this is producing.

from there, is capable of creating distance minimum necessary to be able to observe your reality and seek the changes that will put you on the path to achieving well-being.
