Stop doing to be
If I were a young woman now
-Shall we meet tomorrow? I want to see you.
-ufff I try but I'm going to the limit,I don't even have time to breathe.
Does it sound familiar to you? So we go, fast, we have a lot to do, let's go full, another coffee that I still have the whole afternoon ahead of me, I don't arrive…
And so, one day, another day, flooded with stress, a poison already well studied but still rarely looked at in the face of truth. We know that stress is behind many diseases.
But go all out’ has become a social value.
She is a superwoman!
Well no, We are not and one day goes by and something throws us off that tight order of chained actions and we jump..
We may yell at our children in ways we never wanted to., That headache that doesn't go away may appear, or that back pain, or that heartburn, and with it that lack of vital spark.. A gray and negative filter that doesn't let us enjoy anything. Because we have emptied ourselves in such a way that we have forgotten what we used to fill that little internal bottle that contains our essence., what we really are.
Sometimes everyday life becomes a dock, a filament full of actions in a circle pressed against each other. What if we stretched the spring? just a little bit more, leaving a little air between each turn. Each turn would gain visibility, we could see where each turn begins and ends. Without fear of breaking it, just a little.
Leaving room to observe, to watch us.
Giving a place to what is happening inside and not so much outside of me.
Becoming emotionally literate.
feeling, naming, expressing and moving forward.
Because the exit is inward.
